1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of our ecommerce storefront, gang sheet builder, artwork upload tools, custom print services, and related communications. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not place an order.

2. Products & Services

We provide made-to-order and ready-to-sell products, including custom gang sheets, single DTF prints, custom apparel, and printed apparel items. Product photos and mockups are for representation and may vary slightly from final production results.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due at checkout unless a separate invoice agreement is approved in writing.
• Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before order fulfillment.

4. Order Approval & Finality

Once an order has been placed and approved by both parties, it cannot be changed. This includes design details, quantities, sizes, and shipping selections. Please review all order details carefully before approval.

5. Refunds, Exchanges & Reprints

Because most products are custom made, remedies are limited to the cases below.

• Exchange of the exact same item(s) is offered when garment sizing is incorrect, uploaded/printed images are incorrect, or the item arrives damaged.
• Reprints are provided when an item is damaged or ink quality is not good.
• Claims should be submitted promptly with clear photos and order details so we can review and resolve efficiently.

6. Customer Artwork Responsibility

You are responsible for the quality and readiness of uploaded artwork. We are not liable for poor print quality caused by low-resolution, compressed, or pixelated files provided by the customer.

7. File Requirements

• PNG format at 300 DPI is required for best results.
• Artwork should be sized to intended print dimensions before upload.
• Transparent backgrounds are strongly recommended for transfer-ready output.
• Low-quality source files may print blurry even if resized in the builder.

8. Production & Turnaround Times

Turnaround estimates begin after payment is successful and all required artwork/order approvals are complete. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may vary based on order complexity, volume, holidays, or carrier delays.

9. Shipping Policy

• Shipping timelines are estimates provided by carriers.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
• If you provide proof that an item was lost or damaged in transit, the item will be reprinted.

10. Returns Policy

Custom and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable. Returns are only accepted where required by law or where we have expressly approved an exchange/reprint under these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

By submitting artwork or purchasing image-based services, you represent that you own the content or have permission to use all images, logos, and designs. Customers confirm they have permission to use images purchased through the business. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any claim arising from unauthorized or infringing content.

12. Print Variations Disclaimer

• Colors may vary between screens, proofs, and final printed output.
• Minor placement shifts can occur during production and pressing.
• Small, commercially reasonable imperfections may occur in custom print work.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order or claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or third-party claims.

14. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse or cancel service for unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or otherwise prohibited content, or for abuse of our staff and systems.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
